PHOS ATTACK is a hard surface cleaner and sanitiser. It removes hard milk stone deposits and sanitises in one operation. It also removes rust from ferrous metals and protects against subsequent re-rusting. It can be used with CIP equipment, spray systems, soak tanks or be applied manually.

PHOS ATTACK is a hard surface cleaner and sanitiser. It removes hard milk stone deposits and sanitises in one operation. It also removes rust from ferrous metals and protects against subsequent re-rusting. It can be used with CIP equipment, spray systems, soak tanks or be applied manually.

Phosphoric Acid and quaternary ammonium compounds.

Directions
- Dilute 1:50 (2%) to remove water hardness deposits or milk-stone in CIP systems. Circulate at 60°C for 30 minutes then rinse with cold water. Cooler water may be used with higher concentrations or longer contact times.
- Automatic dishwashers are best descaled by shutting off the automatic feed and dosing as above then running for 15 minutes. Where circulation is not possible, scale removal may be accelerated by using hotter water, longer reaction times or by scrubbing.
- Rust removal: Use neat or diluted up to 30% (300ml/litre). Apply to surface for 5-30 minutes then rinse with cold water.
- Hooks, slides and gambrels, use at 6% (1:16) minimum at 80°C for 10 minutes.

Storage
Store in original container locked in a cool dry well-ventilated place. Do not store with food products and in areas that are accessible by children.
